How to make a facial mask at home!

Making a facial mask at home is quite easy and inexpensive. Here are just a few that you can make right at home!

Butter Face Mask (dry skin)

1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 egg yolk

Directions:

* Beat the ingredients together and apply to the face. Leave on for 10 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.

Oily Skin Mask

1 tsp brewers of yeast

Plain yogurt

Directions:

Mix yeast and yogurt to make a thin mixture and apply it to the oily areas of skin and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Then rinse with cold water to close pores.

Oatmeal and Yogurt face mask:

1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground

1tbsp live, organic yogurt

A few drops of honey

Directions:

Add yogurt and oatmeal in bowl and mix together. Warm a spoon with warm water and add a few drops of honey to spoon. Stir honey into mixture. Apply to face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Thanks Jenny. I am going to make one of these. I could use a mask but do not want to pat spa prices for one. Men can benefit a lot from them too though I know most will think they are gay.
